The hotel had a great location near the airport and shopping arcades, making it very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing baby amenities for our little one.

The check-in process was a bit confusing, especially for foreigners with limited Korean language skills. It would have been helpful if instructions were clearer.
